    1. [INTIPPEC] OVERTON in Tippecanoe Co.
    2. Would love to hear from anyone with any knowledge on the OVERTON name in Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Possible first names - OLIVER and MILLARD OVERTON. Any marriage, birth notice, death notice, etc., that would help me locate the daughters of Martha Carmen Ripley Overton, born 22 Jun 1902 in Danville, Vermilion County, Illinois. She is listed in the 1920 Tippecanoe county census with her mother, Tavia Ripley (actually, Octavia Elizabeth (Ruth) Ripley). Carmen is listed in the 1930 Tippecanoe county census as married but no husband listed, she was the propriator of a bording house at 220 South 6th Street. Listed with her are her three daughters; Jane, 4, Betty, 3, and Patricia 1. Also listed in 1930 living with Carmen, is her mother, Ruth Ripley. Would love to share family history with Jane, Betty, and/or Patrica. Octavia and Wilbur Faulkner were the only surviving children in this line. Wilbur has been well documented as he is my grandfather - I would love to meet my cousins and share. Thanks, Judy Critchlow
