HOW WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!! I have made so few connections with this line and am so excited. I am posting here so that any other connecting lines will join in. I am not sure from your post which line you are most interested in, the Lathrop or the Harringtons but I will attempt to set forth my connection to both lines. We can figure that out later. Any corrections to my information will be greatly appreciated. I AM STILL TRYING TO CONNECT WITH THE RESEARCHER WHO WAS LOOKING FOR CHARLES C. CAMPBELL. I HAVE A FAMILY LETTER FROM HIM SO CONTACT ME IF YOU READ THIS. The only LATHROP I have in my line is ELECTRA LATHROP, born about 1789 in NY and died in Tippecanoe county 24 Jun 1870, married HELI CORNELL (date unknown but about 1806-7. Heli and Electra's son, William Wesley Cornell married Zuriah Alma Holmes. Zuriah is the eldest sister of my great-grandfather, Amos E. Holmes. My information on William and Zuriah was taken from the bios on the Tippecanoe county web page (for which I am eternally gratefull). Now, as for the Harrington line: My great grandparents, Amos and Richie Arvilla Smith Holmes, had a daughter, Nola b.10 Sep 1878. Nola married on 26 Jun 1922 to Harvey Edward Harrington b. 17 May 1874. Ed was the son of David and Catherine Ruckel Harrington. Nola and Ed Harrington had no children but "Great Aunt Nola" was the original "genealogist" of our family - keeping all correspondance from literally everyone who ever wrote to her - she also left a mass of family photos and most have names and dates and location. I was blessed to be the one who came heir to all of the above. As time permits I intend to post some of this information to the Tippecanoe county web page for all to see and enjoy. I am going to quit here and wait anxiously for your response. Oh, I do hope there are others out there who are connected and will share their findings with us. I have a double connection to the CORNELL family and a connection to CONRAD ISLEY.
