Thanks for all the help - it's been invaluable. With what you've provided and the help of some other "volunteers", I've managed to find a couple of the Culp children. You found Bruce and Rachel living with Charles Lee in 1870 - turns out, that Charles was actually their Brother In Law. In the marriage index, he's listed as Charles Ice md to Mary Culp - but by tracking census, it turns out his name was actually Charles W. Lee. He and Mary were living in Switzerland Co by 1900. Bruce Culp died in IL and is buried in Danville, Vermilion Co., IL. On Jerusha Culp Irby - I managed to locate her living with the Lee's in 1880, but the children seem to have disappeared. I lose Jerusha again after this time.
