Not sure of details other then the mother was married to a Mexican illegal. She is white. She married him in Jan. 1969 in a Lutheran church in South Bend, IN. Her name was Diane. His name is Jose Orozco. These two had a child together named Annette who was born in July of 1969. Please contact me if you know of this other sibling or any information.
