I have a couple of questions. 1. Is the South Bend Tribune archived/digitized or microfilmed? I am looking for something from 1894. If is, where might it be held? 2. Is it legal to get or attempt to get copies of divorce decrees from the 1890s as well (for example, from the St. Joseph County courthouse). Thanks for your help. Mike in IL
