    1. Re: [INSTJOSE] Web site moving question
    2. Andrea, Your tree is more than likely a part of Ancestry at this time. They have bought out Rootsweb and they are taking what they want and using on their paid section. I do belong to Ancestry because of the things that I can find for my own research. But the fact that they are plagiarizing is what is so upsetting. The least that they could do is ask a person for permission. Yes, your tree is still more than likely on rootsweb but it will also be included in Ancestry at some point if not already there. ****************************************************************************** ************ Sharon Gill Vanden Bossche _Home Page_ (http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~familygenealogy03/index.htm) _E-mail_ (http://SharonV45@aol.com/) : Visit - _Honoring my Family Veteran's_ (http://www.freewebs.com/sharonv45/index.htm) Hostess at: _St. Joseph County, INGenweb - Genealogy Website_ (http://www.rootsweb.com/~instjose/) Take a look at our St. Joseph County Web site, it is really great - People have generously contributed, to make researching St. Joseph County, IN a "GREAT" place to visit and research. _St. Joseph County, IN - Mailing list @ Yahoo_ (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/StJosephCo_Indiana/) Also take a look at the _Wood Lake Scout Reservation's 50th Anniversary_ (http://www.rootsweb.com/~instjose/scouting/woodlake50.htm) Web Site In a message dated 3/10/2008 3:35:41 P.M. Introducing Ancestry Member Trees You once started a family tree on Ancestry using the Online Family Tree system we introduced back in 1999. We're now replacing that system with the exciting new Ancestry Member Trees system. So we're writing to tell you how to easily move your old tree to the new system ? or start a new tree altogether." The only tree I can think of is my tree on RootsWeb.com. I notice now that there is a banner on top. Is my tree going to become a PAID feature of Ancestry.com? Is my RootsWeb tree what I need to update?
