Microfilmed copies of the Tribune and other county newspapers are on microfilm and are housed at the St. Joseph Co. Public Library, Downtown South Bend. 2. Is it legal to get or attempt to get copies of divorce decrees from the 1890s as well (for example, from the St. Joseph County courthouse). These records are housed at the County Archive.
