    3. Hi all, New subscriber here... Planning my first visit to South Bend next month. I am especially interested in finding a 1930 burial at the "South Lawn Cemetery" for Rosanna Kratser. Can anyone tell me about this cemetery? How large? Is there an office on the property? Thank you for your help :) Best wishes, Bonnie ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bonnie (Gallagher) Gilson http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~bgilson/ http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GSmid=9668051&

    3. Hi Bonnie! Nice to have you on the list! :-) I'm Rick B, your friendly neighborhood List Administrator. I don't live that far from Southlawn so I'm quite familiar with it. Its easy to get to and find. Its on US 31 South and you enter in from there, and its a fairly good sized cemetery. For your Rosann Kratser, she's buried in that north section behind the small brick office building about 32 rows in. When you pull into the main drive hang a left. Her gravestone has 1859-1930. If you need additional directions, please let me know.
