To  P. and Hand Researchers : I don't have  Shelley R.  Cardiel's   email address, but I'd like to ask about the Hand-Tucker-Ross family: Daniel Hand married Mary Cole . Dates and places??  They had a daughter named Phebe Hand b. 11 Jul 1775 Somerset County, VA.  She d. 27 Nov 1850 Shelby Co. , Indiana. She married Ephraim Tucker Jr. on 20 Feb 1791 probably in Essex County, New Jersey.  A son Joseph L. Tucker was b. 19 Jul 1811 Essex County, New Jersey and  d. 17 Apr 1873 Hendricks Twp. Shelby County, IN. He married Martha Bowen in Butler County, Ohio. Date?  She died in 1894 in Hendricks Twp. Shelby Co. IN. Ephraim Tucker Jr. and Phebe Hand also had a daughter named Phebe Tucker b. 21 May 1816 Westfield, Essex County, New Jersey.  She d. 01 Dec 1887 Hendricks Twp. Shelby Co. IN.  She married James M. Ross b. 28 Feb 1808 in Reilly Twp. Butler Co. OH and  d. 16 Oct 1862 Hendricks Twp. Shelby Co. IN.  They married on 31 May 1832 in Butler Co. OH. Their firstborn son was Henry L. Ross b. 20 Nov 1836 Butler Co. OH  d. 23 Jan 1890 Hendricks Twp. Shelby Co. IN.  He married Louisiana "Lou" A. Salla b. 01 Apr 1841 Rush County, IN and d. 08 Mar 1917 Hendricks Twp. Shelby Co. IN on 21 Dec 1859 in Shelby Co. IN. Henry L. and Lou Salla Ross had 7 children, their firstborn child being James L. Ross b. 15 Oct 1861 Hendricks Twp. Shelby Co. IN  d. 23 Feb 1941 Indianapolis, Marion, IN  who married Icephenia "Phoena"   Chesser b. Nov 1864 in Hendricks Twp. Shelby Co. IN  d. 1944 (need complete dates)  in Edinburgh, Johnson Co. IN. They had three children and I need the complete dates of firstborn  Hazel May Ross b. Aug 1886 in Johnson Co. IN  d. 1919 Edinburgh, Johnson Co. IN. I would also like to know the complete dates of Henry and Lou's son Carlton Ross b. Jan 1879 IN, wife Blanche Snyder b.
