Nathaniel Terwilliger helped settled the area of Sycamore Twp., Hamilton Co., OH about 1776, where Montgomery, OH is located, along with others from Orange (carved out of Ulster?) Co., NY. There was a Blandina or Dinah Terwilliger married to a Jonathan Paers there during the Revolution. This group of travelers were related to the Willis family of Mahackamack, Orange Co., and seemed to travel with them.
