    2. Hi Antoinette, I actually do believe there is a connection between these two names, I just think it is much farther back in time than the folks your looking for. I have been trying to do a process of elimination of Derrickson/Derickson to find one of my relatives so I might be very interested in helping you trace these roots back to Delaware.
