Peggy, I am not sure. I have a family group sheet for DAR records of William A Thomas b.1790 compiled by Elinor Jackson of Kansas in 1939 listing Sarah Ann b. 1820 Shelby County IN, married Oct 20 1839 to a John Jackson. This sheet also lists a daughter Electa D. Thomas born after 1838, which was after William Thomas died. --- Peggy CLiadakis <pcliadakis@nyc.rr.com> wrote: > Any chance that "Sally Ann" Thomas could be Sarah > Alvira (Elvira) Thomas > born Feb. 20, 1820, died Dec 6, 1885, who married > Jacob Howrey June 23, 1836 > in Shelby County? > > Peggy Cliadakis > > > -----Original Message----- > From: gc-gateway@rootsweb.com > [mailto:gc-gateway@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of > aruby2003@yahoo.com > Sent: Tuesday, February 22, 2005 11:09 PM > To: INSHELBY-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: [INSHELBY] William Thomas 1790-1836 > > Surnames: Thomas, Rees, Kitchel, Myer > Classification: Query > Looking for the parents of William Thomas born 1790 > in Maryland / died 1836 > Shelby Co., IN.
