    2. Jim, I too checked every page in the 1860c for Hanover, and Van Buren twps, but I did not find my family. They would be Alfred/Alford Stone and Lucinda, his wf. Lucinda should be in her late 50s, at least. There is another Lucinda Stone in Shelby, but she is younger than mine. I guess they could have moved to another county, but I can't find them on Ancestry or HQ, then or later. Could you look for them in the Godrey index? Carleen

    3. It is very likely they all died in the cholera epidemic in 1851. I too checked all of Ancestry and found the other Alfred and Lucinda Stone in succeeding censuses. I checked for Lucy Stone. I find no Percy which may have been a middle name. Your Alfred was born abt. 1792 and your Lucinda about 1804 according to the 1850 Census. His name was spelled "Afoud". I also searched for Levi , Theodore and other Youngs. Seth Young with the correct age is in Rush County in 1860 working as a laborer on someone else's farm.
