    3. Your 13 Tanners in 1870 are in Decatur Co. IN Adams P.O. The images are out of order on Ancestry and you must jump from 40/55 back to 37/55 to read the rest of the household of Franklin and Ruth E. Tanner. You are right about Julia A.Tanner being 15 in the Census, but it's not in Shelby Co. IN. Her last little brother Shannon is aged 1 (abt. 1868) and b. Illinois. Could it be that Julia A. Tanner went back to be married in Illinois or was married in Decatur Co. IN?
