She married Leander Driscoll about 1875. According to her marriage application for her second marriage, her parents were Louis Snodgrass & Mary Smallwood both born in Kentucky. I have not been able to locate them on a census would appreciate any and all suggestions or help. Have hit a brick wall on this for quite some time. Emily/Emma's second husband was J.W. Tillison. Thanks in advance for the help. Brenda ( _bcwk141621@aol.com_ (mailto:bcwk141621@aol.com) )

    3. Have you looked at Napoleon B Snodgrass? He is in Moral twp in 1880. He could be an uncle. There is an ancestral file on him on familysearch.org, says his father was Benjamin. I think it is 1860 census that tells what county in KY Napoleon was born in. I think it was Hamilton Co. There is also a Lewis Snodgrass listed in IGI on same site.
