Have you looked at Napoleon B Snodgrass? He is in Moral twp in 1880. He could be an uncle. There is an ancestral file on him on familysearch.org, says his father was Benjamin. I think it is 1860 census that tells what county in KY Napoleon was born in. I think it was Hamilton Co. There is also a Lewis Snodgrass listed in IGI on same site.
