Hester was listed Rush Co. in the 1850 census living with a family named "Zornes" by the 1860 census she was living in Shelby Co. with Horatio and Eliza Lard. Is anyone out there knew of this family name CARD? Hester in 1866 married my 2nd Greatgrandfather Elijah Pope. Children of Elijah and Hester William 1868 Albert 1873 Belle ? Rhoda ? Hope to find her parents, when she died and where and who took care of her children after she died and her husband abandon the children.
