    2. I just happened to think. Doc Patten was still alive then, although I don't know if he was still practicing. He died in 1959, so he may have retired, but I'm not sure. I can remember when he still had an office, and that would be in the 50s. I emailed a cousin who might have more answers. It's possible there are still some records around the town somewhere. Jill

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Bi.2ADI/565 Message Board Post: Just starting out with this line.. hoping to connect with other that can help answer a few questions.. I found a bio online regarding Alexander Cory, bn Ohio 1820-1864, who was readed by an Uncle, Alexander Rittenhouse. He married Loretta Morrison, dau of Rev. Samuel Morrison, a noted Methodist minister, in 1841. Family settled in Hanover. Alexander died in 1864. Found Loretta and several children in Hanover on 1880 census.. Bio listed info on who children married.. I'm hoping to figure out the Parker line.. One daughter married a Quincy A. Parker and another married a Samuel Parker Wadley. It is to my understanding that Quincy A. Parker is the son of IN state rep, Samuel Wilson Parker(1805-1859). Would anyone know or have info on Samueal Parker Wadley?? Have a theory but hoping to connect with another that might help me sort it out... Tks in advance.. Sheilah

    2. Dr. Jeans or Jean, can't remember which, was in Morristown then. Dr. Miller also was there around that time, but he left and went to Indpls and became an opthamologist. I was just told his name was Thomas Jean. I know he died some time ago. Dr. Jean lived on the north side of 52, two or three houses east of the street that runs along the east side of the High School. It was stone or rock, greyish looking. His office was in the basement. I heard that when he died all of his records were in the basement in boxes and I believe they were destroyed by one of the sons. Jill
