    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Dowty Douty Doughty Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Bi.2ADI/569 Message Board Post: I am looking for information for the Thomas & Deborah (Wood) Dowty family. They are listed in the 1840 Census in Liberty Township - under the name of Thomas Douty. Thomas Dowty died November 11, 1846. Levicy Dowty (their daughter) died April 22, 1854. They are both buried in the Blue Ridge/Cynthianna Cemetery. They are supposedly buried closely together. Does anyone know of someone who would take a picture of their headstones for me? I had one of the headstone of Thomas, but my computer crashed and I lost it. The headstone for Thomas is readable, but doesn't photograph well - might take a few camera angles. In the 1960's Levicy is said to have a headstone, but I don't know the condition now. If anyone would have any obituaries or any other information about the family I would really like to obtain it. Thank you.
