    3. I can help you with the Rapp's: Edward, Louisa, Minnie and George are all my grandfather's, Charles, siblings. Only Charles and George have descendants. There are other Rapp lines in Shelby County. The immigrant person for this line of Rapp's is John George Rapp from Kandel, Rheinpfalz, Bayern, Germany. I can trace this line forward to my siblings/cousins and backward to Germany of about the late 1600's. This line of Rapps includes Maria Margaretha who was the immigrant person for the Kepples. Also, John George Rapp married Henrietta Zeiss whose sister, Catharine, married into the Haehl's. I have some information going back to the Germany on the Hael's and the Theobalds. I have very little forward information on the Theobalds and Haehls. I also have a little information related to the Beckers who immigrated from Germany. I would be happy to share any information I have. 2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/Bi.2ADI/577.1.1 Message Board Post: Thanks for your response. Yes this is the same family from Henry County in 1850. I have a lot on this line but want to learn more about Mary Davis. The other Joseph Davis siblings stay in Henry County until several move to Iowa about 1870. Correction to my original message. Mary is the daughter of Joseph Davis not the sister. She and her sister Elizabeth may be from a first marriage in Tennessee. She is deceased when Joseph's will was finalized in 1871, five years after his death. In the probate records, Mary's children are listed as John Sanders, Ellen Cooper and Sarah Ann Sanders. Ellen could be either the Minerva or Mary listed in the 1850 census. I believe the Robert Sanders, 18, may be from a first marriage of Matthew. I have John Sanders and Sarah Ann Sanders in the 1870 census in Henry County. Lose Sarah Ann and then have John in the 1880 and 1900 in Shelby County. I am hoping a descendant or Sanders/Davis researcher may have more information on this family including Mary Davis Sanders, Ellen Sanders Cooper and Sarah Ann Cooper. Thank you again for your post.
