As a small child I recall Stella Francis coming to visit my mother, and since she was not very skilled at driving she would always say she had to go down to the school house to turn her car around. Of course there was no school there in the mid 40's, but she was referring to the intersection that is now known as Terry Road and Burn Road. I believe Stella may have actually attended that school at one time. I would be so grateful if you would e-mail me copies of the two photos you have of that school. By the name, I'm assuming you must be a descendant of John Wiggam who originally donated the land for the school. That property has been owned by my older brother for the past fifty years.
