Still looking for a connection to William Summers who was born 27 Nov 1796 in Virginia, possibly married to Elizabeth Kindle, not Hindle, 23 Jun 1817 in Jackson Co, Indiana, and died 14 Feb 1862 in Indiana, buried at Estil Cemetery. I have found Williams probate/guardianship for children of George Summers and Elizabeth Ulmer, Ruth Ann & John Summers, and a child of Eliza Ulmer, George William Ulmer. His heirs were his wife Elizabeth, daughter Mary (Summers) Leister and John Leister her husband, James Summers, and the above children. Unfortunately no mention of William Summers wife except Elizabeth, no last name. No mention of where in Virginia William came from, or siblings. No mention of how he died. Papers mention it was before newspapers were printed so the auction flyer was posted at one of the stores nearby. Thank you for any thoughts you may have. My block wall is quite large. :) Gail
