Mob Suspects Leave the County Scottsburg, Ind., Jan. 17-The first week of the grand jury investigation of the lynching of Marion Tyler closed with the examination of twelve witnesses from this city and Finley Township making 65 in all. Three of the men wanted as witnesses and believed to have been in the mob have left the county. The sheriff is after them, and it is thought he will get service on them.
