Williams in the 1900 Fed. Census. He is listed in Scott Co. with second wife Effie (Woods) and children Thomas, Rosa(who married Lewis Cass LaMaster), Mollie (Mary Elizabeth) and Polly Clapp, listed as grandmother, age 81, b. Nov. 1818. Is this Joseph's grandmother??? Does anyone have any information on the parents of Joseph A. Williams, born Feb. 1871, lived in Scott Co., moved to Greenwood, Indiana with second wife where he died and is buried. Thanks!
