    1. BRIDGEWATER, Arthur B.
    2. Hello, Wondering if anyone has any additional info on Arthur B. Bridgewater, son of Samuel and Susannah (STORM) BRIDGEWATER, and his wife Serilda SUTTON. Arthur shows on the 1850 Scott Co., IN census living in his parent's household at age 18. I'm assuming Arthur and Serilda married in Scott Co. just prior to moving to Andrew Co., MO along with Serilda's parents, Obadiah and Mary (SMITH) SUTTON in early 1856. I have located Arthur & Serilda on the Andrew Co., MO 1860 census as follows: BRIDGEWATER (mispelled as Bywater), Arthur, age 34, b. IN Zerilda, 30, IN (age is wrong here) Jackson, 4, b. MO William, 1, b MO And on the 1870 census with Arthur gone (dead?) 1870 Andrew Co., Jackson Twp., Household 86 BRIDGEWATER, Serilda, 34, IN BRIDGEWATER, Andrew J., 13, MO (Andrew Jackson) BRIDGEWATER, William J., 11, MO BRIDGEWATER, Arthur J., 6, MO Serilda (Sutton) Bridgewater remarried to George MATTOCK prior to the 1880 census: 1880 Andrew Co., Jackson Twp., Pt. 2, Household 73 MATTOCK, George, 58 MATTOCK, Sarilda, 44 BRIDGWATER, Jefferey, 16, stepson (this must be Arthur Jefferey from above) It would appear that Arthur Bridewater died sometime after Serilda conceived their last child, Arthur Jefferey Bridewater, born 1864, and that he died while living in Andrew Co., MO. BUT, Andrew Co., MO does not have a burial record for Arthur. Does Scott Co. show a burial for Arthur by chance? Obadiah Sutton also was living in Andrew Co., MO when he died in August 1865, but he is buried in Scott Co. Thought maybe Arthur was also. Thanks for any leads or direction. Teddy Noye PS. Is "Joe" still on this list please? The email address I have for him is no longer valid. Thanks.
