Williams are Francis M. Williams and Sarah Jane Alstott, married in Clark Co., Indiana Oct. 1861. I found where Francis M. Williams parents are listed as Hezekiah Williams and Mary Ann Harris. Sarah Jane Alstott's parents are listed on that site as Joseph Alstott and Jane Campbell....this line goes on back several more generations to Martin Altstatt. We were never given alot of information on the Williams side and that is what I am looking for. Also, Les told a story about him having a great, or great great grandmother that was indian and died in the trail of tears. I had gotten a name of Solecta from another family member and that she was taken from a bridgewater. She was supposed to have been taken away from her husband and children. 2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Author: faveaunt Surnames: Mosley/Mosely, Miller Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.indiana.counties.scott/2097.1.2.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Hi there--Grandma Lillian always said she was born in MT. Shirley remembers going to MT with an affidavit to get a copy of Lillian's birth certificate (apparently originals burned & were long gone) so she could get her passport. She & Shirley told me that the 3 oldest kids by Miller were born in Havre, Choteau Co, MT. I think Mr Miller is Johnson A. Miller of IN. I found a marriage listing for him & Frances Mosely for 4 Jul 1886 in Scott Co, IN. But...I have Elmer's birthdate as June 1886--so now I'm confused by this family!!! Help?!
