I could not find it, but then again maybe I was just to excited with the new information which I had found in regards to the birth being in Ripley County. And a big thanks to everyone else who emailed me with their assistance. I now believe that I have the birth information I was looking for, for Howard H. Carpenter. Now to just send off for it. Can't wait to find out what his mothers maiden name was as it has been nothing but a guessing game over the years as well as Howard's birth info.
