    3. Hello everyone, I wanted to let everyone know that my mother (a member of our email list), Mardena Adams (Marty) passed away yesterday afternoon. I know she had chatted with several members on the lists, (mostly from the Delaware County email list) and enjoyed helping do look ups. She worked for a while at Union Cemetery in Eaton and spent quite a bit of time reorganizing their record books to make it easier for researchers to get information. She was my inspiration and the person that got me started in Genealogy. She so loved to read the emails from our groups and did so up until she was no longer able to sit in front of her computer. If you would please remember my family as we are preparing for her funeral and as we learn to overcome our loss. Below is her obituary that will be posted in the Muncie Newspaper tomorrow and Tuesday. Mardena Elaine (Harmon) Adams, 76, went home to be with the Lord, on August 30, 2008. She was born March 19, 1932 in Eaton, Indiana, to Chester Gail and Geraldine Princeton (Duddleston) Harmon. Mardena attended Eaton High school and married Billy Lee Adams, April 28, 1950. She was the Mother of her Church family, where she played the organ, chaired Super Church, and was the Devotional Leader of the Sonshine Ladies Group. She was a member of TOPS Club Inc. She worked at WT Grants, Ball Stores and Union Cemetery in Eaton, Indiana. Most recently she and her husband had Craft Shops located in Metamora, Indiana, the Main Street Flea Market, in Muncie, and the Daleville Flea Market. She taught Country Tolle Painting classes for many years. She enjoyed rummaging, Genealogy, and making quilts for her family members and Church give-a-ways. Adams; her children, Cindy Elaine Nelson (husband Roy), Muncie, Billy Dean Adams, (wife Lisa), Muncie, Mary Jo Pollard, (husband Harvie), Muncie, Aleesa Ann Mastin, (husband, Jerry), Albany, Jody Mark Adams, Muncie, and Gina Tyler Richardson, (husband Chris), Muncie; her grandchildren, David Nelson, Derek Nelson, Abigail Halstead, Emily Adams, Jason Pollard, Marlee Pollard, Jared Mastin, Joshua Mastin, Maranda Mastin, Amber Adams, Andrew Richardson, Sean Richardson and Christopher Richardson II; five great grandchildren; her mother, Geraldine Harmon, Muncie; her brother, Lowell Harmon (wife Becky), Muncie, her cousin, Jerry Musice, (wife Debbie), Missouri, a special niece, Cheryle Cox, Farmland; a special friend, Carl Miller, Muncie; and several nieces and nephews.
