Mrs. Welch and her husband, Joseph, operated a restaurant in Union City for thirty-one years, quitting business in 1957. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church. Survivors include the husband, one son, Capt. Joseph H. Welch, Jr., of Aberdeen, MD; two daughters, Mrs. Richard Le Fevere of Union City and Jean Welch of Richmond, IN; five grandchildren; one sister, Lucille Replogle of Union City and two brothers, Ray Replogle of Los Angeles, CA, and Anderson Replogle of Columbus. Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Brooks and Sons funeral home here. The Rev. Hal Wimberly will officiate and burial will be in the Lisbon Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday and on Saturday until the time of services.
