Andrea: The reason you could not identify Dorothy Welch is that she was married to Lonnie Monroe at the time of her death. She was born June 5, 1904 in Anderson, Madison County, Ohio, as Dorothy Marie Kress, daughter of Henry Kress and Mary Adeline Murphy. She died May 18 1968 in Randolph County and is buried at Union City Cemetery, Section E. PA, East Creek, Lot SS69. Lonnie Monroe born October 30, 1905, died April 30, 1967 is buried next to her in Lot SS70. Thanks for checking all the Welch burial information. Appreciate it.
