Andrew and Mary Ellen went to Minnesota. I think Andrew died there, perhaps in Todd County, in late 1860s. Mary Ellen Cole and her family can be found in the 1870 census lving in Long Prarie, Todd County, Minnesota - Mary Ellen is listed as head of household. At some point, Mary Ellen moved to Wright County, Minnesota, where she remarried, becoming the second wife of my GGGgrandfather, William Lawrence Dygert. Her son, Samuel H., married William Lawrence's daughter, Martha Phyammy Dygert. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
