CRABB, SR. Wm. Crabb, Sr., sixty-six years of age, died last Tuesday night as his home on East Washington street, following an extended illness due to complications. He is survived by the widow, one daughter, Mrs. Freda Critser, and four sons, William Jr., Earl, Carl and Morrison all of this city. Funeral services will be held at the home on Friday afternoon at two o'clock. Winchester Newspaper Abstracts 4-29-1926 Obituary William Crabb, Sr., the son of Charles and Sarah Crabb, was born in Brownstown, Indiana, November 25, 1859, and was called to his heavenly home April 20th, 1926, at the age of sixty-six years, five months and five days. He was united in marriage to Myrtle Brown August 6th, 1884, and they have lived happily together for the past forty-one years, bearing each others sorrows and sharing each others joys. To them were born five children, four sons and a daughter. With their mother they all survive him. They are William Jr., Earl, Carl and Mrs. Freda Critser and Morrison, all of whom reside in Winchester, besides these there are six grand children. Brother Crabb was a devout believer in Christianity and often read the Bible, expressed himself as ready to ??-assuring his loved one all was right with him. He was a true husband and a good father and will be greatly missed from the family circle. He was a member of the I.R.O.M.
