Hello Everyone, If you have an interest in Darke County, Ohio you will be interested in this announcement. Rebecca Stephens and Roger Spencer have had another productive year in their quest to document with photographs the cemeteries of Darke County. They are concentrating when at all possible on those cemeteries that are in a sorry state of disrepair -- some even almost totally disappearing. As the years have gone by they have become are very professional at performing this task. The new books are numbers 23, 24, and 25 (note that's books, not cemeteries read). In 2008 their work took them to Allen and York Townships. I say their work but please keep in mind that they both have full time jobs in addition to their passion for historically documenting the cemeteries of Darke County. I think that we owe them a huge debt of gratitute which will only get larger as the years go by. THANK YOU again to Becky and Roger!
