I asked my mother in law today about this, she said that the military personnel gets their picture taken at graduation from any training they do, they get the picture for free, but they have to buy the book that is produced, she thought that if you knew where they were trained at that you could get a copy from the book at least. She also figured that they surely have a copy of them all in one central location, but didn't know where to look. So, google time! Andrea
