Arthur Hamilton Bailey, 99, son of Otto H. and Elizabeth H. Bailey UNION CITY, Ind. - Arthur H. Bailey, aged 99 Yrs., 8 Mo. and 21 da., died Friday in Center of Hope, Union City, Ohio, after a short illness. He was a long time resident of Union City, Indiana living on W. Oak St. He retired in 1969 from Union City Body Co. after 43 years. He is survived by three sisters, Delma Gullett, Martha Hathaway and Ruby Bragg; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie N. Bailey (1991), a sister and three brothers. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Fraze-Brooks Funeral Home in Union City. Burial will take place in the Union City Cemetery. Friends may call 4 to 6 p. m. on Monday at the funeral home. Memorials are requested to be made to the Union City, Indiana Fire Department.
