Gina, There is a book at the Indiana State Library in Indianapolis that has Cemetery Records for Randolph County including Reitenour Cemetery. The book is entitled Cemetery Records, Randolph County, Indiana, compiled by Monisa Wisener 1980-1981. 977.201 R192r I don't believe it is a complete listing for all cemeteries, but did have quite a bit of information regarding the Reitenour Cemetery that was helpful to me. I don't know if this book is available elsewhere, but you might try the Allen County Public Library at Ft. Wayne or the Family History Library at Salt Lake City.
