My Scott Family. Martha Ann Scott married circa 1861-1865 Temple Calhoun Smith Jr born 1841 IN, he was located 1860 Randolph CO with his parents and siblings. Unfortunately neither Martha nor her parents/siblings were in this census in this area. Can anyone help me to break down this brick wall? She was born 1847/8 Terra Haute Vigo Co IN not in 1850/60 census of that area. Who was she? Who were' her parents? Where did she marry Temple? What year?

This is definately the right time, place, and bride's name, so the name "Joseph L." might be a transcription error of either the county clerk or the author of the book. Another researcher has Temple and Martha's marriage as 7 Sept 1864 in Osceola, Clearfield Co., PA.
