Here are some guidelines for posting a good message to bring imfo to you . 1 1 st. A .Surname(s) in subject line. ( not Hi, etc.) 2. Also a yr / place / subject like OBIT/ Cem? other . 3... Then in messages' 1... List what it is you are lookinhg for with the then listing of imfo you do have . You may not have all that would fill a family group sheet. In that case best just leave a short blank as ____, and go on with what you do have as following the F G Form. 2... List your subject and imfo abt subject in FAMILY GROUP FORM w/ any dates/ places etc. as " Drumond Smithson date of birth/ place/ date of death/ place/ mar date/ to name, she (he) b then repeat as above with d b( date of Birth) etc." ( he is an ancestor of mine who was in Randolph Co.) This always helps emencely and eliminates extra wording of un needed little words.. Then send to all the sunames, and or state County or other place you want message to be seen all at one time. Check all the E Mail's you list in the TO ,line for correctness before sending to prevent having to resend. Also you can delete any imfo and all the extra as header's when doing a reply message to save the repeat of a older message thus avoid cluttering up the list of former messages with the same messages. Hope this helps many of you and the list. Also hope this imfo is good advice. to many new bee's. I am glad to help anyone I can by E mail if they need some help. Maxine willma@sprynet.com
