I am not sure what part of either state. I do know that George and Joanna had 11 children. All but 2 moved back to Ohio I think. The names of their children were John R., Charles, Newton, Sarah, William, Frank, Rebecca J., George, Edith, Edward, and Albert J. I know that William and Frank came to Arkansas. Frank is my great great grandfather. If any of these names ring a bell, please let me know, as I am running into brick walls when it comes to the Byers side.
