It is the Wright Bridge, and the frame is to be of the unburnt part of the bridge. I was told that this bridge was on the way from Windsor to Farmland, my father-in-law told me this, and that he was on his way to work in the morning it was burning, and it was on the Farmland Angle Road or Angling Road. If you look at mapping software or on google earth, you can see this road ending at 900W and in that area you can also see where it would angle well into Windsor Road. The bridge was built in 1883.
