He appeared on the census of 1850 at Greensfork Township, Randolph County, Indiana, living near the LEACH family. He appeared on the census of 1880 at Greensfork Township, Randolph County, Indiana. Their children were: Elizabeth, James, Jacob, William, Caroline and Mary.

I show James Clark married first to Mary Longfellow ( September 13, 1827 in Wayne Co.) and second to Martha Scott (February 15, 1843) in Randolph County. Parents of James Clark were Rubin Clark and Ruth Jackson. I do not have record of the siblings of James Clark nor of his grandparents on either side - but certainly would be interested in information about them.
