I have ordered microfilmed copies of Quaker records through my local LDS library site. Sometimes this is more convenient than trying to get to Richmond, particularly if--like me--you live out of state. I have found that minutes from most of the meetings have been microfilmed and you can obtain them for a reasonable fee.
