Hello everyone, I just wanted to give you all a heads up, When you send email to the Rootsweb Email lists, you need to make sure it is formatted as plain text not html. The Rootsweb server doesn't like html and it will strip your email and it will show up as a blank email. When you are writing an email click on the Format tab and then make sure that the plain text has a check mark beside it. Also please try to remember to crop the old messages and tags if you are replying back to a message from the list so it doesn't fill up the archives and digest emails with a bunch of repeats. Oh and to all the new members, if a post is made on the Randolph Message Board it will appear on the email list also. Any message from the Message Board will have gc-gateway @ rootsweb as the sender. In order to respond back to the person who posted the message you need to go to the board and type your message. The people using the board may not be on the email list and will not see your reply unless you post it back on the board. If you scroll down through any of the emails from the board it will have a link to click that takes you to the board. Hope this helps, Have a great weekend!
