    3. Gail I had this same problem with AOL. Go to a write screen like you are going to type an email. Then on the tool bar you should see "FORMAT" open that and go down till you see Plain and Rich text. You must switch to Plain text for all emails going to the rootsweb boards. At least this is what I have found. The emails are blank for me also. I don't understand why if it is plain text why I can read some emails but not others.
