My ggrandfather William Riley Reed was born in 1856 in Randolph Co. In. I have gotten information that says his father was Joseph Smith Reed b.1824 in Ohio d.1898 in Topeka, Ks and m.1850 in Wabash, In. to Basheba Dickerson, b. abt 1832 in Del. or Va. Josephs parents were Jeremiah Ballard Reed and Sarah B. Smith. Can anyone help by looking in the Ohio census 1860 to see if they were in Randolph Co. then.
