I am looking for any information on the CARTMILL/CARTMELL/CARTMEL family 1825-1840. My GGGG-Grandmother was born in 1832 Juliann Cartmill her parents were John Cartmill b. abt. 1770-1780 and Rebecca Hindricks. They were settled in De Witt County IL. by 1850. They had four children: William b. abt. 1825 Bath Co., KY Polly b. abt. 1827 Bath County, KY Julianne b. abt.1832 IN John H. b. abt 1834 IN d. 12/11/1849 Tarlton b. abt. 1839 Any information is needed and I love to share.
