    3. I remember reading somewhere about the tribes that lived around this area but now I can't recall where I saw it. If you're interested, I'll look around for it--I think I wrote down which tribes were nearest to central Indiana. 1822 seems kind of late for there to be a lot of them, though. Does anybody on the list know when the Ten O'Clock Treaty was signed? Didn't it have something to do with the Indians?
