I am trying to locate the family of Nancy Cartmill who was enumerated on the Putnam County Census 1840-1850-1860. On the 1840 she is on Pg. 400B Nancy b. 1790-1800 1 male b. 1835-1840, 1 male 1820-1824, 1 male 1825-1830, 1 male 1835-1840 1 female b. 1830-1835 This leads one to think her husband died between 1835-1840. Is there any names simular to Cartmell/Cartmill on the 1830 Census for Putnam?? By 1870 Nancy age 73 b. KY is alone in Parke County, IN. Any information would be help. Thank You Earliene M.
