I am searching for a James B. Akers who was living in Putnam Co. Indiana according to the 1870 and 1880 census. He was in Franklin Township living at the home of Henry S. Akers. He was 86 years old in 1880, but I can find no death record for him. Would like to find out what happened to him. He might be my gg grandfather. Thanks Jean. [email protected]
