My 5th g grandfather; Alexander P. BRADSHAW was born on January 13, 1807 in Kentucky, county unknown. I am trying to eliminate the father of Alexander from the selection of Alexander, William and David in the 1830 Nicholas county KY census. He married Elizabeth Alison (b. 6-8-1810) on 11-1-1832 in Nicholas county KY. There were 8 children born to this union, the first 4 being born in KY. John b. about 1833(1850-17) Robert N. b. 8-13-1836 m. Martha EATALOFF Rutha M. b. about 1837(1850-13) m. John G. SWEENEY William b. 12-7-1838 m. Fannie BOURIS The couple then migrated to Putnam county IN settling in the Brick Chapel area north of Greencastle. The following children were born there: Eleanor b. about 1840 (1850-10)m. William MORRIS Milton b. about 1842(1850-8)m. S.L. GRIDER Emma b. about 1844(1850-6)m. Matking WILLIAMS Alexander b. about 1847(1850-3)m. Amanda LANE In the 1880 census of Putnam county there is a William BRADSHAW listed as a brother of Alexander and he was born about 1817 in Ohio. Giving me thought that the family migrated from KY to OH, then back to KY. Any help is much appreciated Debbie Jennings
