I am searching for the naturalization papers of Patrick Kelley. The State Index shows his nationality as Ireland date 1871/07/30 Putnam Co., BK 2 pg 263. Can someone guide me to where I can obtain this record? The time period is the correct time period for this relative to have been in the area. Thank you in advance for assistance.
